My name is Tuoso and RFI Customs is a small business I started with my family here in Oahu, Hawaii. We are Chamoru born and raised in Guam.

We are also beginners in many ways to the business and woodworking world, but Tiana has a steady hand when it comes to painting and the kids join in occasionally too. I design and see the process through from start to finish. A tough task at hand but it is rewarding to note that we can make visions come to life.

We look forward to creating your custom piece and/or enjoying the items we have already created.

We want to be able to create a product with as much customization as possible while still maintaining quality in production and efficiency with ways to reduce lead time. However, we're not there yet as a small business. Please bare with us as we continuously try to improve our lead times. Furthermore, being that we're on Active Duty, in any situation we could be called to duty. In this or any case, you will be fully refunded should any event occur that will prevent us to produce your custom end item.

So why the Military Plaques?

Military Plaques are one of many traditions to bid farewell to those who are leaving the service or transitioning to another unit. I started making a few plaques a few years back with my small 3018 laser but did not get too far with it. As I learn new things and overcome challenges, plans are in place to get us where we need to be.
